Training week in Sardinia, dedicated to the
Maitri Space Awareness program
Maitri is natural gentleness and friendliness to yourself, which very much includes gentleness and absence of aggression in relating with the world.

Program
October, 28th
From 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. arrival participants and accommodation; knowledge of the place; dinner.
An introduction to Maitri and an open chat will follow
October, 29th
Introductory day to the practice of sitting meditation and Tonglen
October, 30th to November, 3rd
Days dedicated to the practice related to the 5 Maitri energies
November, 4th
Final morning, lunch, greetings and departures in the afternoon from 14.00
Accomodation and rates
As described the week Maitri will take place in Peonia Rosa, in a large house overlooking the sea
Possible accommodation:
- room from 4 to 6: 600 euros
- double room: 750 euros

Logistic information – how to reach Peonia Rosa
Flight
Arrival at Cagliari-Elmas airport. The organization provides a shuttle service to the seminar venue
Public transport
If you wish to travel by public transportation in Sardinia you have a real adventurous spirit! You shall reach train stations Carbonia- Serbariu or Domusnovas and then you shall take bus line 801. From Sant’Antioco to Peonia we will organize to pick you up.
Note: If you wish to travel by public transport, do not hesitate to contact us for further “logistical support” :-).
Furthermore, if you are already in Sardinia, you can also reach the train station Cagliari Elmas and travel by minibus to Sant’Antioco.
Covid situation
To participate to the seminar week, we kindly request:
– having performed at least the first vaccination dose not after 15 October
– having carried out a swab with a negative result within 24 hours before arrival at Peonia Rosa
– be healed of Covid no earlier than April 28, 2021
These are the requests during the time spent in Peonia Rosa. As for the access regulations in Italy from foreign countries, or from the various Italian regions, we refer to the regulations in force during the period.
Updates based on the evolution of the pandemic will be promptly communicated
